About the journal / Mini Zen Life

Enough isa good word.

For anyone who would like a little more room to be themselves.

At some point, we have enough things, plans, and open tabs. Somehow, there is still too little time for our own lives.

Mini Zen Life is a journal about making that time. We write about possessions and habits, attention and work, technology and everyday choices. What to keep, and what we can comfortably let go.

We like a minimalism that leaves room for a beloved collection, a noisy family, and a job on the internet. Enough looks different for everyone. Small, manageable changes can help us find it.

What you will find here

Ideas examined closely, familiar habits questioned, and small experiments you can try straight away. A good article leaves you with a clearer idea of what to do about a specific situation in your life.

Four editorial principles

  1. Link to sources and distinguish research from personal opinion.
  2. Offer changes you can try without buying anything.
  3. Explain the limits of advice: one habit will not suit everyone.
  4. Correct mistakes and mark substantial updates.

A note on automation

We use AI to work with sources and prepare text and illustrations. Articles are credited to the publication; we do not attribute them to invented experts. Every article includes its sources and dates so you can form your own opinion.
